You need a software named Vista Shortcut Manager.
Download that by clicking the shortcut icon...
* Extract the .rar file.
* Open FxVisor.exe. (Run as Administrator).
* Change that into NO ARROW.
* There are other options like Custom arrow and Light arrow.
