If u want to remove the sound of a video then u have to download Format Factory. But in this u have to convert the file format. If u want in the same format then select "All to 'what format u have'. You can check your video format in the video's properties.

* First open it. This screen is displayed,
* Now change 'no' into 'yes' in the 'disable audio' box.
* Click OK. After in the next screen also click OK. Next begin the conversion.
